These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by T.J. Cottis Transport Ltd.
By booking or using our services, customers agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

T.J. Cottis Transport provides services including but not limited to:

• Aggregate supply

• Grab hire

• Muck away

• Skip hire

• Ready mix concrete

• Plant hire

• Low loader transport

• Groundworks support

• Waste transfer and recycling

All services are subject to availability and operational requirements.

All quotations are provided based on the information available at the time of enquiry.

Prices may vary depending on:

• access restrictions

• waiting time

• disposal costs

• material availability

• permit requirements

• changes to the scope of works

Unless otherwise stated, quotations are valid for a limited period and may be subject to VAT.

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and suitable access to site locations.

T.J. Cottis Transport accepts no liability for damage caused where vehicles leave the public highway at the customer’s instruction or where site conditions are unsuitable for access.

Delivery and collection times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather or operational circumstances.

The customer is responsible for the safe positioning and use of skips during the hire period.

Maximum hire periods may apply unless otherwise agreed.

Overloaded skips will not be removed and additional charges may apply.

The following materials must not be placed in skips without prior agreement:

• Asbestos

• Hazardous waste

• Gas bottles

• Tyres

• Batteries

• Fridges or freezers

• Paints or solvents

• Electrical waste

Additional disposal charges may apply for prohibited or specialist waste materials.

All waste must be accurately described by the customer in accordance with waste transfer regulations.

T.J. Cottis Transport reserves the right to refuse collection of unsuitable or undisclosed waste materials.

While every effort is made to provide services safely and professionally, T.J. Cottis Transport shall not be held liable for:

• delays outside of our control

• ground conditions or site access issues

• indirect or consequential losses

• damage caused by unsuitable loading areas or customer instructions

Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes liability where prohibited by law.
